Awaken the Healing Energy Within You
Your hands already know how to hold, soothe and serve. Reiki training gives that inner knowing a sacred structure, guiding you through attunement, practice and lineage so you can support yourself, your loved ones and others on their healing journey.
Reiki Trainings at Aethera Temple
Somewhere within you, there is already a natural capacity to hold, soothe, sense and heal. Reiki training does not place that gift inside you — it gives it language, lineage, structure and sacred practice. Whether you are beginning with self-healing or feeling called to guide others, this path invites you to become a clearer channel for the light that has always lived within you.
Learn Reiki in a Space That Holds You
I guide Reiki training at Aethera Temple as a Reiki Master, holding this work with tenderness, devotion and deep respect for each student’s journey.
For me, learning Reiki is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering the healing capacity that has always lived within you, and learning how to trust it with more clarity, care and confidence.

Through each level, I gently guide you into the Usui Reiki lineage, not only through teachings, hand positions and practice, but through attunement, integration and the quiet unfolding that happens when your energy begins to open in a new way.

You are not expected to arrive knowing everything. You are not expected to feel ready in every part of yourself. You are welcomed exactly where you are.
Whether you are beginning with Reiki Level I, deepening into Reiki Level II or feeling called to the Master path, I hold a training space that honours the lineage, your sensitivity, your questions and your unique healing journey.

Reiki Trainings
The Path of the Healer
There is a difference between receiving healing and becoming a channel for it. When you enter a Reiki training, you are not only learning a technique. You are receiving an attunement, an energetic initiation into the Reiki lineage.
Through attunement, the Reiki channel is opened within you. From that moment forward, Reiki becomes something you can return to throughout your life. Your hands remember. Your body remembers. Your practice may grow, pause, deepen or evolve, but the connection remains.

At Aethera Temple, Reiki trainings are offered with reverence for the traditional Usui Reiki path and with deep sensitivity to the modern healer’s journey. We move through three levels:

-
Reiki Level I — The Opening
-
Reiki Level II — The Deepening
-
Reiki Level III / Master — The Lineage
Each level is not just a certification. It is a stage of embodiment.
The teachings, symbols, hand positions and techniques are important containers. But the real transmission happens through the attunement, the practice, the silence, the integration and the way your life begins to respond when you start living in relationship with Reiki.
Why Take a Reiki Training?
You may feel called to Reiki training if you are:
Beginning your own self-healing journey
Reiki Level I gives you a daily self-healing practice that can support you through stress, transition, emotional processing and spiritual growth.

Already intuitive or energetically sensitive
You may have always felt energy, held space for others or sensed emotion in the body. Reiki gives structure, lineage, ethics and grounding to what may already be natural within you.

A therapist, coach, bodyworker or wellness practitioner
Reiki can complement existing healing work by bringing energetic awareness, nervous system sensitivity and spiritual presence into your practice.

A caregiver, parent, partner or friend
Many people learn Reiki not to become professional practitioners, but to support loved ones with clearer, safer and more intentional presence.

Feeling called to serve
For some, Reiki is part of a deeper soul calling: to become a healer, space-holder, guide, teacher or channel of light in a world that deeply needs restoration.

Seeking a spiritual practice
Reiki is not only something you offer others. It can become a daily devotion, meditation and way of living in greater relationship with the sacred.
Reiki Level I — The Opening
The First Attunement: You as a Channel
Reiki Level I is the beginning of the path and a practice you can return to for life.
This is where you receive your first Reiki attunement and learn to channel Reiki for yourself and others in your immediate presence. It is a beautiful initiation for anyone beginning their journey with energy healing, self-healing or spiritual practice. Level I is often gentle, emotional and deeply grounding. Many students describe it as a homecoming, a moment where something they always sensed becomes real, structured and embodied.

You learn how to place your hands on your own body with presence. You learn how to sit with yourself when life feels overwhelming. You learn that healing does not always require effort; sometimes it begins with the willingness to be with yourself in a new way. You also receive the foundation for offering Reiki to loved ones, friends, family members or those in your immediate circle, always with consent and care.

The Second Attunement: Distance, Intention and Professional Practice
Reiki Level II — The Deepening
Reiki Level II is where the practice deepens. In Level I, you learn to open as a channel. In Level II, you learn to work with Reiki more intentionally, including distance Reiki, emotional and mental healing, and professional client practice.
This level introduces the sacred Reiki symbols traditionally taught within the Usui system. These symbols are held with respect and shared only within the training container. Level II is often the point where students begin to feel Reiki moving with greater clarity, focus and confidence.

It supports you in becoming a more confident practitioner. You learn how to offer Reiki beyond your immediate circle, how to hold space for clients and how to work with distance healing in a grounded, ethical way.
This level asks for greater responsibility. When someone comes to you for Reiki, they are trusting you with their body, their energy, their vulnerability and often a tender part of their story.
Level II helps you meet that trust with presence, integrity and skill.

Reiki Level III / Master — The Lineage
The Master Attunement: Teaching, Mastery and Devotion
Reiki Master is not simply the next course. It is a deeper vow.
At Reiki Level III, you step into a more refined relationship with the Reiki lineage. You receive the Master attunement and are introduced to the Master symbol, advanced applications of Reiki and, for those who feel called, the ability to attune and teach others. Some Reiki Masters go on to teach. Others do not. Both paths are valid.
To become a Reiki Master is not to claim arrival. It is to enter a lifelong relationship with humility, service, spiritual maturity and ongoing practice.

Reiki Master training invites you into a deeper relationship with service. You begin to understand that your work is not only about individual sessions or personal healing. It becomes part of a larger web of transmission. If you teach, everyone you attune may go on to support others. The lineage continues through your hands, your presence and your integrity. This is sacred responsibility.

For those called to teach, Reiki Master training offers the foundation to guide others through Reiki Level I, Level II and beyond. For those who do not feel called to teach, it offers a profound deepening of personal practice, client work and spiritual devotion.

Traditionally, each Reiki level is followed by 21 days of self-healing and integration, and this guidance will be shared with you as part of the training. For those who feel called to receive both levels in one weekend, the experience becomes a deeper immersive container, opening the channel through Level I, then expanding into the symbols, distance Reiki and practitioner foundations of Level II. Reiki Master training is offered separately for those who have completed Level II and feel ready to deepen into the lineage, advanced practice and, if aligned, teaching.
