What Is Access Bars?

Access Bars, also known as The Bars, is a gentle hands-on process from Access Consciousness. It involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, often called “Bars,” which are associated within the Access Consciousness framework with different areas of life such as control, creativity, communication, money, body, awareness, joy, sadness, peace and more.

Rather than analyzing the mind or talking through the story, Access Bars works through stillness and gentle touch. As the points are held, the body is invited into a deeper state of relaxation and the mental charge around certain thoughts, emotions, beliefs or patterns may begin to soften.

​

You do not need to understand the process for it to be supportive. You do not need to explain everything. You simply receive.

​

For many people, Access Bars feels like a clearing of mental noise, as if there is suddenly more space inside the head, body and energy field.

What You May Experience

During an Access Bars session, you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table or mat. You are supported with blankets, soft music or silence, and a calm environment that allows the body to settle. I gently place my fingertips on specific points on your head and hold them in different combinations throughout the session. The touch is light and non-invasive. There is no massage, pressure, manipulation or need to speak during the process.

Every Access Bars session is different. Some experiences are subtle, while others feel deeply restorative.
